Canyonlands National Parks sits on a 1,000 feet tall sandstone plateau. The park preserves 337,598 acres of colorful canyons, mesas, buttes, fins, arches, and in the middle of southeast Utah's highest dessert. Overall, this park was much less crowded than Arches National Park, but honestly just as nice.
