What better way to end the summer than to take a Road Trip around Scotland. The photo above shows you our map and our route! We started in Edinburgh Scotland, then headed towards Pitlochry, next to Isle of Skye, down to Lock Lomond, over to Stirling and then back to Edinburgh.
We had 9 days to complete our trip and hit up all the different parts of Scotland we wanted to see. Everything from big cities to the highlands and Scottish countryside, around and through the Isle of Skye, connected to Scotland's northwest coast by bridge, known for its rugged landscapes, picturesque fishing villages and medieval castles and finishing towards the trips end in Loch Lomond, a lake in southern Scotland. It’s part of the Loch Lomond and The Trossachs National Park, the surrounding highlands area is home to red deer and oak woodlands, with one last night in Edinburgh before our trip home.
